The G.I.R.L.S. Club is a unique opportunity for motivated and passionate teenage girls to step into leadership roles within their communities. Our ambassadors serve as the face and voice of G.I.R.L.S. Incorporated by actively participating in exciting trips, organizing fun initiatives, and spreading our message of empowerment. As members of this amazing club, ambassadors will receive leadership training, mentorship, and access to exclusive resources, all designed to help them grow as confident, influential leaders.
Eligibility Requirements for The G.I.R.L.S Club:
1. Age: Applicants must be between 13 and 18 years old at the time of application.
2. Commitment: Must be able to commit to one year of active participation, including attending meetings, events, and training sessions. Monthly meetings begin in November 2024 and will be held in Pensacola, FL, on the second Saturday of each month, from 10am-12pm CST
3. Passion for Leadership: Demonstrate a strong interest in leadership, community service, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
4. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently in public and engage with peers and community members.
5. Academic Standing: Maintain good academic standing in school, with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
6. Parental/Guardian Consent: Must have written consent from a parent or guardian to participate in the program.
7. Residency: Must be a Florida resident of Escambia or Santa Rosa County.
8. Willingness to Learn: Open to receiving mentorship, attending workshops, and participating in personal development activities offered by the program.
9. Ambassadorship: Be committed to representing The G.I.R.L.S Club positively and promoting its mission and values in your community.
